Correction. "What's next for the Kołobrzeg Oceanarium?"

The article entitled "What's next with the Kołobrzeg Oceanarium?", which appeared on the online press service 24kurier.pl on November 1, 2025, contains false information that "(...) a private investor declared financing the project in exchange for a 30-year free-of-charge lease of land currently owned by the Kołobrzeg Aquarium."

At no point in the negotiations did either the investor or the Kołobrzeg Seaports Authority propose providing the land free of charge. The only form discussed by the investor to obtain legal title to the property was a paid lease agreement.

Therefore, all information about the intended free use of the plot by the investor is false.
